About Abbey Lake Apartment Homes
Looking for a great place to live near Thomasville? Check out Abbey Lake Apartment Homes at 2005 E Pinetree Blvd. It's conveniently located, and residents consistently give it a 4.1-star average rating. While I don't have specific details on pet policies beyond knowing that dogs are allowed (check their rules for specifics on breeds or size limits), the location itself is a real draw.
I've heard from people who've lived there that the apartments are generally well-maintained. One resident mentioned some concerns about maintenance responsiveness, while another raved about how quiet and peaceful the community felt – a real plus for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere. The location near Thomasville offers easy access to the city's amenities, yet the apartment complex itself provides a welcome sense of calm.
While I can't tell you much about the immediate scenery around the apartments themselves, the address suggests a residential setting. Think of it like this: you've got the convenience of city life close by, but you also have the peace of a quieter neighborhood. If you're interested in learning more about specific amenities or pet policies, it's best to contact Abbey Lake Apartment Homes directly. They'll be able to answer all your questions and help you decide if it's the right place for you.

- ★★★★★about 2 years agoWow! Where do I begin?! From the time I moved in last year I've had nothing but problems. I originally signed my lease at the end of June 2022 ( at $885 and was told it goes up $50 every year) and put my deposit down for apt n17 and was told they'll contact me within the next week to move in.. well 3 weeks goes by and not a word so I reached out and finally the 3rd time I reached out I got a response only to find out they gave my apartment away to "someone who needed to move in sooner." EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY PUT MY DEPOSIT DOWN! I was told I would be able to move into the next avaliable apartment in the beginning of August but again that was pushed off because they needed to "clean it." So I was finally able to move in the 1st of September.. I should have taken that as a warning sign. I was finally able to get moved in and I was warned in the beginning with my apartment being in the back there was going to be a bug issues but never thought it would be an issue the WHOLE last year I've lived here! July 2023 the roaches have gotten extremely awful! I'm talking about they're crawling out the outlets, crawling out the sinks, and most recently I grabbed a handful of ice from my freezer and a ROACH WAS FROZEN IN THE ICE?! This is what's making me write this post. I've been in contact with Natalie because Ashley refuses to reach out to talk about the issue herself and I was told "well do weekly spraying and it should be resolved in a few weeks we just have to kill all the cycle off" and I understand that but the life cycles don't last 5 months and now I'm getting fed up. It is now October 2023 and my rent went up $100 because "we renew the leases in june and you're signed for September" and even though I tried to explain its because when I originally signed it was June then they gave my apartment away so I had to wait for months again so that pushed my move in date away (not my fault.) I've seen the exterminator a few times now and I'm "suppose" to be on a weekly spraying but I've sene a "sorry we missed you" letter so I reached out to the pest company and they informed me every month for spraying we're suppose to sign a paper saying they came and when I asked the office about it I was told "we keep the apartment keys who's getting sprayed in a lock box" which doesn't confirm if they even come into spray for the bugs when I'm not here.. In the last year these are the issues I've had. *First night I moved in the toilet got clogged come to find out someone previously flushed a fork down the toilet. *The outlets in the kitchen didn't work. *Mold under the kitchen sink. *Dishwasher heat cycle didn't work so again that was growing mold. *The bed rooms and living room doesn't have ceiling lights. **The only usefully people I've had experience with while living here was maintenance and the bug man. **I've even reached out to Arcan (the apartment owners) multiple times for help with these issues and never have I gotten a response from them! Point of the story for $1000 if you're looking for a nice place to stay this isn't the apartments for you. I promise you can find better! I also added ALL the pictures I have shown to Natalie (again because Ashely refuses to reachout about the issue herself) that I have taken the last few months with this bug issue and the only response was "I understand it's frustrating but it takes a few life cycles" but again like I have stated this has been an issue for 5 months now and I shouldn't still be having this horrible of an issue if something is properly being taken care of.
- ★★★★★about 3 years agoI’ve only been a resident here for 6 days but the whole experience of working with Ashley and Natalie has been wonderful and a blessing! The community is quiet and everyone is very nice. I had a little issue with an outlet after I moved in, maintenance was very prompt to come and take a look at it for me. The maintenance guys are also very friendly. So far, so good! I am very grateful to have found abbey lake apartments. :)
- ★★★★★over 1 year agoJust a picture or my apartment that has been overrun by roaches for the last year that they still have yet to fix and they just went up on rent 100$ May 1st update Below I have attached pictures of the molded baseboards and carpet. One month ago, I think almost two we moved our furniture around and behind the couch we noticed mold on the baseboards. My bathroom is on the other side of the living room wall and when I check my bathroom there was mold too on the baseboards. I immediately told management and they came to fixed the leak in my shower and.. painted over the mold?? I asked about the mold and the carpet and they said they spray for mold and it should be okay?? I told them I’d like to have the baseboards replaced and they said they contact the contractor and get back to us with a date. They never did so we contacted them about two weeks ago and they said he would be by that Thursday or Friday bc he was coming from ATL. But again that was two weeks ago and we still haven’t heard from them. Rent is due today and I’m expected to pay 1,100$ and if I don’t I’ll be charged 100$?? This apartment is an absolute nightmare I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here.
- ★★★★★about 4 years agoMy wife and I are resident at Abbey Lake Apartment. We been here for 2 years now and we love it. Ashley is the Manager out here and she and her team are awesome. Whenever something needs fix they are right there to fix it. They all are really nice and sweet people. I do recommend Abbey Lake to everyone looking for some where to live. Thank you Ashley.
- ★★★★★about 4 years agoIt has truly been a blessing to me and my husband. Ashley got us into the best apartment for our needs. Ashley can answer all of your questions. The location is exactly between both of our jobs. Ashley tries to have something once a month for all of the tenants, from allowing the children to color on the sidewalks, to having a sack breakfast...
