Reviews
- ★★★★★about 1 year agoNot an easy trip hauling a boat but well worth the slow, white knuckled drive in. Lake is small and absolutely beautiful. Not too many others on it given the access. If you can brave it, you won’t regret it. There is a hotel and restaurant, both just OK but would do it all again.
- ★★★★★over 2 years agoMy sister brought me here for a girls weekend. What an absolutely beautiful place! The staff was great and very helpful. The room was really nice and clean, with a mini fridge & microwave. The food at the restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. We rented a pontoon boat, paddle boards and kayaks throughout the weekend and had an absolute blast. The lake water was perfect for swimming. I can't wait to bring my husband and kids!
- ★★★★★over 7 years agoBest place to spend memorial weekend. It's beautiful has a great relaxed atmosphere. You can take out the boat and enjoy the view or go for a rafting ride. Jet skis are allowed but please be careful of each other ,rocks , and boats. Please remember to bring sun screen as you will be in the sun all day. It is a camping spot but everything also allowed
- ★★★★★about 3 years agoWhat a great place! We went camping right on the shore near Burnt Corral and it was incredible. The area was clean and there were plenty of trash cans/bathrooms.
- ★★★★★almost 8 years agoOne of the best lakes to go to in the area. A lot cleaner than saguaro and canyon lakes. They also have a resturaunt and hotels to rent. If you're not one for being around lots of people try going during the winter months. During the summer this lake can get very crowded and busy
