- ★★★★★about 8 years agoThis is probably one of nicest lakes in the region. It's accessible and largely undeveloped. Springtime fishing is a must for any dedicated angler. The waterway connects to Second and Third Chain Lake to give the boaters access to miles of exploring. Beware of pressure ridges in the ice during winter. Overall, an unforgettable experience for anyone traveling in the area! In all seriousness though, it's a pretty nice place.
