    Let’s be clear: Long Tom Reservoir has *no* facilities. There is no cell phone coverage. There is no boat launch. Driving to the water requires a high clearance vehicle, though a standard passenger vehicle will get you to within a short hike. With that, it’s an oasis in the Danskin’s and, in the spring, quite beautiful. I run my pups in the surrounding hills, then they cool off with a swim.
