- ★★★★★about 1 year agoWhat a beautiful place for a morning hike! The trail is very well-maintained. The path itself is rocky and slightly inclined at parts. The views of the reservoir are gorgeous!
- ★★★★★12 months agoGreat easy trail running with a 6ish mile perimeter loop with varied terrain. Closes at 1630hrs in Winter.
- ★★★★★over 2 years agoI enjoyed Merrill Creek Reservoir. My kayak was too small to go out on the Reservoir. However, I went out on the Trails instead. The Trails were very scenic. I also enjoyed the Visitor Center and the trails around the farmhouse ruins.
- ★★★★★over 2 years agoBeautiful reservoir and park! Love to come here to look for butterflies, check for monarch eggs as well as do an easy hike or drop the kayak in the water for a relaxing paddle. This is without a doubt a butterfly sanctuary and bald eagles are also very common. Definitely a must see spot for any nature lover.
