By far the best pool company I have ever used! Kids love the pool. The owner is on the job sites, always answers my questions and got everything done in timely manner! Not to mention the workers were very professional and also answered any questions I had. I highly recommend!!!

Going with Frank and West Hernando Pools had to be the best decision myself and my wife made. From the minute I stepped foot in franks office it was an experience that left myself and my wife extremely happy that we decided to go with West Hernando Pools. Frank is a pool guru and guided us during the whole process. This was the first time we put a pool in any of our homes. His team is flawless and craftsmanship is A+. What really impressed me was no matter what day or time I had a question and reached out to Frank he was always there. That is worth everything. Total communication and transparency is key especially with a huge project like this. Not only did my mom go with Frank but I told a buddy of mine who was looking to get a pool about Frank and West Hernando Pools and he went with them as well and we are all extremely happy !! I will continue to brag about Frank and West Hernando Pools to everyone. Thank You Frank !!!

If you want to work with a totally unprofessional crew, this it. He's been working on our pool 16 months and is not completed. I have had to constantly call Frank the owner whom is always driving out of town. Frank doesn't want you to talk to anyone else and has an excuse for everything. He always bragging about the 30 years that he has been in business but he is well known for not keeping his customers informed. He might do a nice pool for you but with all the headache I've had and the cost I wish I would have picked someone else for this project.

I was gonna call this company and get some work done but it looks like they charge anywhere from $20k-$60k for a big hole dug in your backyard. I mean, that would be good at least once when the rain fills it up maybe? But it would be more of a mud bath really...I can do this myself for like $400-$500. I will pass for now Fraudster Frank.

Ok maybe I can get An answer here. Frank told me that I have to call the Judge Magistrates office to get my final inspection.. months ago he said he would take care of it and set up the inspection.. now he changed his mind..my pool was finished years ago and I am still waiting..I asked him for the phone number to the magistrates office. NO REPLY..thank God i am done with his lies etc.. to this day with all going on he still lies... I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE...if anyone wants to keep their friends and relatives DO NOT RECOMMEND him... it's a shame because my pool is beautiful, but it took years FOR it TO BE finished.. I am almost 70 years old and now I have to go crazy to get this final inspection.. THANK YOU FRANK... it's been a pleasure...NOT..SORRY I REFUSE TO LIE...
